Westside Home Inspections is my personal business, not a franchise operation or part of a large company more interested in quantity over quality. As owner, I focus all my attention on each individual inspection and on doing the best possible work for each client. Rather than creating on-site reports, which simply take a cookie cutter approach, I take the time to add important details unique to each individual property.

• As a FEMA Certified Emergency Inspector I have had specific training in evaluating and documenting the livability of both single-family homes and multifamily apartment complexes. I have been deployed to Louisiana, Houston, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands to document damage to homes caused by natural disasters and to assess each dwelling's habitability, in other words, whether it is capable of operating for its intended purpose and is safe, sanitary, and in functional condition.
• As a licensed General Contractor I am also knowledgeable about building codes and best practices for construction that protect the health, safety, and general welfare of the people who live in different types of structures.
• We use fully accredited testing laboratories to process our samples for the presence of asbestos, mold, or lead. Our lab reports are standardized, reliable, and easy to read.
• We use state of the art equipment and our reports always include photographic documentation of any meter readings such as carbon monoxide and moisture. We also include video of our sewer scope inspections along with a detailed report.
